The Glowswamp biome is found deeper underground in conjunction with the Spider Dens throughout sub-levels five through seven. It is comprised largely of mushroom walls, sand, water, and glowing mushroom plants. Glowbulbs and glowshrooms are frequently found in abundance in these marshes, as well Azurite and Emerald deposits.

Tips
Glowswamps are slightly safer than spider dens, but still harbor powerful monsters. Glowshrooms can be used as alternatives to torches if a player runs out.
