The Jungle biome is a smaller biome located near the heart of the overworld. The jungle is a good source of large trees, thick vegetation, and sparsely populated by animals; although animals may wander in from other regions. The swamp and the ruins may also be located somewhere within the jungle, or located somewhere along the perimeter.

Additional mobs will spawn through the night. It is recommended that the player build walls for safety. Thick vegetation will create mazes and may confuse players, however they can be easily cleared by hand.
